With the holidays quickly approaching, we love to indulge in the scents and traditions of the season. After all, fragrance has the power to influence our mood and creativity while tapping into the special memories. It’s the final touch to any decor, including the holiday decor we put so much thought and effort into, and helps create the festive atmosphere that we love. To celebrate this special time of the year, we’re bringing back three classic scents that are the epitome of the festive season that will help you create the ultimate holiday atmosphere and are meant to enhance, not overpower your space.

THE SCENTS

No. 27: Orange Cardamom

Last released in 2018, No. 27: Orange Cardamom is a warm, spice-forward scent with notes of ginger, black pepper, tea leaves, and tonka bean. We love burning this scented soy candle while enjoying crisp evenings tucked under blankets while enjoying a hot cup of tea with a favorite book, record, or movie. This scent opens with orange and black tea leaves and as it burns, ginger and black pepper add festive spice along with cardamom, while vanilla and tonka bean bring a rounded warmth that adds to the soft glow of the candle flame. Orange Cardamom is cozy and welcoming and perfect for those calm evenings during the cooler months.

Mistletoe Special

Mistletoe Special is another classic scent last released in 2018. Its woody and aromatic profile shares notes of douglas fir, eucalyptus, pine, and cedar. We love burning this soy candle in preparation for laid back holiday gatherings while adding to the holiday atmosphere with its soft glow radiating from its green glass jar. It sets the vibe with top notes of eucalyptus that open up to nostalgic notes of pine needles, fir, and spiced clove and all rounded out with cedarwood and patchouli. Mistletoe Special is a woody and nostalgic scent that will create the perfect backdrop to any holiday gathering.

Smoky Cinnamon Special

This classic scent was last released in 2020 and has been a fan-fave since! We had to bring it back after popular demand and we totally understand why it’s so popular. It has enticing and spice-forward notes of bitter orange, cassia bark (aka Chinese cinnamon), nutmeg, and patchouli. We love burning this candle after festive gatherings have subsided to mellow moments listening to records while enjoying a cheeky nightcap. It opens with bitter orange, mandarin, and green leaves that welcome notes of nutmeg and cardamom all grounded by cassia bark and patchouli with hints of incense. This warm and spicy scent is the epitome of the season without being cloyingly sweet or overpowering.
