Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70 within the contiguous U.S. A $5 flat-rate shipping fee is applied to orders under $70, and all orders shipping to AK, HI, and PR.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range 3-10 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.


Want it fast? We don't blame you. That's why we offer UPS 2-Day for contiguous domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package. We ask that you please apply our 3-5 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.

Orders placed with UPS 2-Day will arrive within two business days once shipped from our fulfillment location. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, and Hong Kong! Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination, and include the cost of any duties and taxes upfront so you won't be charged later on.

International transit times are listed at checkout and depend on the destination.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your P.F. Candle Co. products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request.

If you're experiencing an issue with a P.F. product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
