Our charcoal-based incense is hand-dipped in our studio and packaged in kraft boxes. Incense quickly transforms a room: transformative smoke uplifts the space while our signature scents linger for hours even after extinguishing.

Includes four boxes of hand-dipped Amber & Moss charcoal incense sticks. 15 sticks per box, each burning for approx. 1 hour. Scent lingers for 2-4 hours after extinguishing.

-Light the end of the incense at a slight angle with a lighter or match, and allow the flame to burn for approximately 10-15 seconds.

-Blow on the flame to extinguish. The incense should produce a glowing red ember and a tendril of smoke, and will continue to burn on its own.

-Be sure to burn incense on a heatproof, non-flammable holder only.

-Burn incense in a well-ventilated room, away from flammable materials, and never leave incense burning unattended or in near children, pets, or a draft.

Our charcoal-based Incense is hand-dipped in-house using fine fragrance oils and dipropylene glycol (DPG), a synthetic base commonly found in body care and home fragrance products.

PROCESSING

All orders are processed + shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. We are currently unable to offer gift notes, but do not include order invoices in shipments, so gift recipients will not see your order's price.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.


DELIVERY

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 2-7 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours to update once a label has been created.

Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control. As much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Want it fast? We don't blame you. That's why we offer UPS 2-Day for contiguous domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package. More information about Expedited Shipping can be found here.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to Canada only. Orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited and arrive within approx. 5-10 transit days. Shipping rates are calculated by destination/weight of package. We hope to ship to additional countries shortly!


EXCHANGES + RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your P.F. Candle Co. products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@pfcandleco.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your P.F. order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc).
