Terra is our all-natural candle collection made with plant-derived fragrance oils, 100% soy wax, and cotton-core wicks. Each Terra candle is meant to blend right in to your collection of plants and pots, housed in custom terra-cotta jars designed for reuse as a planter, brush holder, or storage once the candle is finished.
Our 17.5 oz Terra candles are meant for larger spaces like living rooms and bedrooms. Burns time: 75-85 hours. 4.25” in diameter and 3.5” in height.
Our 8 oz Terra candles are meant for desks, dressers, and other small spaces. Burn time: 45-55 hours. 3.5" in diameter and 3" in height.
-Trim that wick! Before lighting, trim your candle wick to 1/4”.
-Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar each burn to prevent pooling.
-Safety first: never leave a candle burning unattended, and don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
-Stop burning your candle when only 1/4” of wax remains.
-Once the candle’s gone, reuse it! Clean it out and you’ve got a new planter or pencil holder – or whatever you want!
Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your P.F. order number, order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and third party products.
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help get the process started. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover shipping costs, but are always happy to ship exchanges at no extra charge.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but are currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders. If you’d like to return your order for a refund, please note shipping costs for international returns are the customer’s responsibility. To process a return, please email email@example.com.
If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund, let us know and we’d be happy to help. Store credit is issued as a gift card in the amount of the product and does not include shipping fees.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
Orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 2-5 business days to arrive, dependent on location. AK, HI, and outlying territories may take longer. Ship time does not include in-studio processing.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International, and typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive. For rush shipments, please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that shipping fees do not include any additional import fees to which international shipments may be subject, including customs, duties, or fees calculated by country. Unfortunately, P.F. has no control over this, and the customer is responsible for paying any and all additional fees. We are not able to mark any international packages as zero value or as gifts to avoid customs duties or fees.
Due to DOT restrictions beyond our control, we are unable to ship Fine Fragrance outside the contiguous U.S., including to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, outlying territories, or international addresses.
