Half price testers are available for burning or display purposes for all P. F. products. Please note, there is a maximum of 1 tester per scent ordered.
When displaying reed diffuser testers, we do not recommend more than one reed diffuser in a retail space as the scent throw for the diffusers is much stronger and can overpower if more than one is used.Do you offer any POS items?
We offer a complimentary pack of mini brand cards and a 10-pack of match books upon request. Quantities exceeding these numbers are subject to charge. Please note that matches cannot be shipped internationally.
Other POS items available for purchase include custom P. F. Candle Co. pencil packs and enamel pins. To order these items please see the POS section of our Wholesale Order Form.Do your candles come packaged in gift boxes? What about reed diffusers?
To keep with the simple ethos of our design, our candles do not come with extra packaging. Gift boxes are available upon request for a fee of 75¢ per box. If gift boxes are requested, candles will not come pre-packed - boxes are shipped flat.
Reed diffusers do come packaged in a kraft, 3.5" x 3.5" x 11.5" box.What is your returns/exchanges policy?
Returns are available if an item arrives damaged. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not available on seasonal or special scents.How should I order for the holidays?
Due to increased demand, our lead time can run up to two weeks during the holiday season. We recommend placing holiday preorders at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. Please note, we cannot hold past due orders for longer than 2 business days during the holiday season.I have further questions, who can I contact?
Payment is available directly through our secure online Intuit invoicing system. All major credit cards are accepted. Checks can be made payable to “Pommes Frites Candle Co” and must clear before shipment. Alternatively, we can hold a credit card number on file for future orders.When is payment due?
Payment is due 1 day prior to the ship date. Orders that are pre-paid may be shipped sooner if possible. Out of fairness to our other stockists in the shipping queue, orders past due for more than 2 days will be moved to the next available ship date in order to prevent disruption of the queue.What is your recommended MSRP/RRP?
We request that Standard (7.2oz) candles be sold at $18-20USD, and mini (3.5oz) candles be sold at $11-12USD and double-wick (14oz) candles be sold at $32-34USD. Reed diffusers are to be sold at $22-24USD and room sprays are to be sold at $10-11USD.What is your default shipping carrier
We ship via FedEx for all continental domestic orders and USPS for Alaska and Hawaii. Please note, we do not offer drop shipping.
Payment is available directly through our secure online Intuit invoicing system. All major credit cards are accepted. Sometimes our online invoicing system does not accept international postcodes. This can be bypassed by entering "0000". We also accept bank transfers but require a screenshot of confirmation after processing. International payments are due at your earliest convenience. As soon as we receive payment, a ship date will be given to you.What is your default shipping carrier?
We ship via DHL Global for international orders, which takes approximately 2-4 business days to arrive. Please note, buyer is responsible for any applicable tariffs/duties, and DHL will bill you separately. Any customs/tariffs levied by the import country is buyer's responsibility and is not included in the shipping cost.
We do not offer drop shipping.
